Yes absolutely! CloudLinux allows you to remain unaffected by the actions of our other webhosting clients.

Do you offer backups?

Yes, we take automatic backups on a daily basis which can be restored at anytime via the "JetBackup" section in cPanel. We retain up to 14 daily backups, 4 weekly backups and 2 monthly backups.

Do you provide free SSL certificates?

Yes! You're able to create free SSL certificates on cPanel via Let's Encrypt for as many domains as you like.

Do you offer domain names?

No, we do not sell domain names. In order to use our webhosting, you will need to purchase a domain from a domain registrar such as http://namecheap.com.

How do I create a website?

You will need to have a pre-made website before purchasing our webhosting or use existing software available to install in cPanel. If you have your own website files then they can be easily uploaded via FTP into the public_html folder.

Do you offer dedicated IPs?

Yes, a dedicated IP is available free on request for plan 4. A dedicated IP is often no longer needed due to the introduction of SSL certificates being supported by SNI enabled browsers such as Chrome and most other modern browsers.

What does 'unmanaged' mean?

The term 'unmanaged' means that we don't provide configuration/setup support for specific software such as WordPress etc. We provide full support for cPanel, ensuring it's online, and is regularly updated and secure.
